What started out as a craving for mashed potatoes turned into mashed potatoes sown in corruption and raised in glory: samosas. And they turned out rather well!
Here's the recipe, which I mostly followed. The main differences were adding in some peas and cooked shredded carrot, and using sauteed yellow onion instead of green.
